According to a report by unnparrot it was made known that the suspect locked a little boy in his room in Obosi Lodge, hilltop. Following an unusual noise, the neighbors suspected something was off when they decided to break into the room only to find a little boy with a swollen eye.

According to an anonymous tip from someone who stays right beside Obosi Lodge at Hilltop UNN where the event took place, the little boy couldn't talk for about 10 minutes after they broke into the suspect room to save the boy as he was been strangled.
Source also claimed the suspect offered 10 million to be set free which was immediately rejected by the community. It was confirmed by a class rep from history department UNN that he is a student of UNN in history Department and currently in 400level.

He was detained by the UNN security department and was later handed over to police for more investigation.

@perpetualchijide. who knows he has already had sex with the boy before trying to kill him, because to me I feel like it is very easy for him to kill that little boy under 5-6mins but for the boy's eyes to be that swollen, that means he has done something else that made that baby cry for a very long time before trying to kill him
