According to SaharaReporters, numerous unhappy Nigerians who lost over N200 billion to the 86fb Football Ponzi Scheme have cried out for aid.
Thousands of Nigerians have put money in the company, which claimed to make a 3% profit on the initial investment, according to SaharaReporters.
The corporation, however, had stopped paying investors. Some of the victims told SaharaReporters that the company had fraudulently registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission using the passport of a Nigerian young lady named Alozie Chidiebube Chimuanya, with the help of a lawyer named Bernard Andah Damisa.

They claim to have moved over N200 billion using Tether (USDT), a blockchain-based cryptocurrency whose tokens are backed by a comparable amount of US dollars in circulation. They also claimed the company had stolen $52 million more (N21.5 billion).
They also demanded an investigation into the incident in order to bring the offenders to justice.
One of the victims, who said he invested the money seized from his employer at work, claimed he may be fired at any time.
"It's about the 86fb Football Ponzi Scheme, a supposed faceless Chinese who has defrauded millions of Nigerians with the assistance of some of our fellow Nigerians and banks," he claimed.
