The Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO), Mr Frank Mba, uncovered this in an announcement in Abuja. He said the suspects were captured by the Cybercrime Unit of the Force INTERPOL National Central Bureau, Abuja.
Mba said one of the suspects, 50, was a Master Degree holder in Cell Biology, while the other suspect, 41, is the Managing Director of Musterpoint Investment Nig. Ltd.
He said the to were members of a modern transnational criminal system that cloned the corporate website of ILBN Holdings BV, Holland to dupe one Freiherr Fredrick Von Hahn.
Mba said the fraudsters simply cloned the company's website and dishonestly introduced themselves as delegates of the company before executing the deceitful exchange.
Mba said the suspects would be charged under competent court of law after completion of investigation.
